Class tutorials

In class we had the chance to sit in on two tutorials I choose to do illustration and photoshop as I felt both of them will enhance my work at the same time as working well together. These are the exercises from each one.


Illustration:
Taking a drawn image and importing it into illustrator then using 'image tracing' you can create clean cut lines. Then placing it back into photoshop you can change the colours and add different textures to it.

Photoshop:
Using a famous persons face and distorting it to get a character to use as a reference. Then using different layers I tried to create the character. As you can see it didn't work very well as I am new to this.

Here I grabbed a cartoon and tried to use the colour in it as a reference.
